Who We Serve
CFW stands with eight core communities. Every intake is evaluated on documented need and available resources, with priority given to those who have served America and face direct government abandonment.
Veterans & Retirees
U.S. military veterans and retired service members facing government abandonment, benefit denials, VA failures, or systematic neglect after a lifetime of service.
Active Service Members
Currently serving military personnel facing retaliation, wrongful discharge, command misconduct, or systematic abandonment by military institutions.
Military Families & Gold Star Families
Families of active and veteran service members — including Gold Star families — navigating benefit denials, institutional failures, and the aftermath of government negligence.
Whistleblowers
Individuals who exposed government wrongdoing, fraud, or abuse and now face retaliation, career destruction, or systematic abandonment by the agencies they reported.
Federal & State Employees
Current and former government employees facing wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, or agency failures related to their public service roles.
Law Enforcement & First Responders
Police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and first responders who served their communities and now face institutional abandonment, benefit denial, or retaliation.
Advocates & Journalists

Overseas & Cross-Border Cases
Americans stranded or abandoned abroad represent a specialized advocacy focus within CFW. These cases involve documented U.S. government obstruction and require a distinct, sustained approach.
Veterans Stranded Abroad
U.S. military veterans stuck overseas due to documented State Department failures, embassy obstruction, or interagency abandonment — including active litigation cases.
Whistleblowers in Exile
Individuals who exposed U.S. government wrongdoing and cannot safely return due to agency retaliation or deliberate obstruction of repatriation.
Journalists & Contractors Abroad
Press personnel and government contractors abandoned by official channels while operating in conflict zones or on behalf of U.S. government interests.
Political & Diplomatic Abandonment
Americans abandoned for political or diplomatic convenience — not legitimate consular limitations — where documented evidence points to deliberate government inaction.
What we don’t cover overseas: Tourist emergencies, personal legal troubles abroad, voluntary expatriates who chose permanent residence outside the U.S., and routine consular matters fall outside CFW’s overseas scope. Our overseas focus is exclusively on documented U.S. government abandonment of those who served American interests.
How We Work
CFW’s advocacy model is built on documentation, pressure, and sustained follow-through. We don’t make phone calls and move on — we build cases, apply pressure, and stay until there’s a resolution.
FOIA Documentation
Filing Freedom of Information Act requests, gathering official records, and building evidence-based case files that expose patterns of government abandonment and agency failure.
Congressional Pressure
Direct advocacy with Representatives and Senators — providing briefing materials, coordinating constituent pressure campaigns, and demanding legislative accountability.
Media Advocacy
Public awareness campaigns, investigative coordination, and media pressure to bring documented cases into public view and force institutional responses.
Case Investigation
Research, evidence gathering, and documentation to build the factual record behind every case — creating the foundation for every advocacy action we take.
Agency Accountability
Formal complaints, inspector general referrals, oversight requests, and accountability campaigns targeting the specific agencies responsible for documented failures.
Coalition & Network Building
Connecting families, advocates, and allied organizations — building the support infrastructure that amplifies individual cases into systemic pressure for reform.
CFW is an advocacy organization, not a law firm, rescue operation, or financial assistance program. We do not provide direct legal representation, conduct physical extractions or emergency rescue operations, offer direct financial aid, handle immigration or visa matters outside of documented abandonment cases, or intervene in private legal disputes between individuals. Our resources stay focused on what we do best — sustained, documented advocacy pressure against institutional failure.
How We Evaluate Cases
Every case goes through the same four-step evaluation before CFW commits advocacy resources.
Mission Alignment
Does the case involve systematic U.S. government abandonment or institutional failure? Does it fall within CFW’s defined community scope?
Evidence Assessment
What documentation exists? We evaluate witness statements, official records, and agency correspondence to assess the strength of the abandonment claim.
Advocacy Strategy
Which tools apply — FOIA, congressional pressure, media, agency complaints? We develop a targeted approach based on case specifics and available evidence.
Sustained Implementation
We execute the plan with regular updates and sustained pressure — not a single action, but a coordinated campaign until resolution or case closure.
