Two of the five programs below are tied to veteran-specific mechanisms (discharge status and VA debt collection). The other three were built broad enough to cover the same administrative failure patterns wherever they show up — veteran, federal employee, or contractor.

Addresses sudden suspension or termination of veteran or federal benefits caused by agency error, system failures, or miscommunication between departments.
Discharge Upgrade Navigation Referrals
Connects veterans with resources and referral support for challenging incorrect discharge classifications that affect benefits eligibility and legal standing.
Identity & Documentation Recovery
Assists veterans, contractors, and whistleblowers whose identity documents — Social Security, passport, birth certificate — have been lost, stolen, or are inaccessible due to agency failure.
Administrative Error Escalation
Documents and escalates clerical errors, misrouted paperwork, and agency miscommunication that have created unresolvable bureaucratic loops for veterans, federal employees, and contractors.
Veteran Debt & Over-payment Documentation
Builds the documentation record needed to challenge improper VA debt collection actions and overpayment demands creating financial hardship.
