No One Forgotten. Ever.
Covenant for Forgotten Warriors is an advocacy, accountability organization for veterans, whistleblowers, and vulnerable individuals facing institutional failure.
The Foundation Behind Every Case.
The Work
Some people get left behind by the very system they served or trusted. At CFW we don’t accept that. We will dig through FOIA requests, press campaigns, and public accountability, on every front, until something moves.
The Standard
Through FOIA requests, congressional pressure, and public advocacy campaigns, we hold U.S. government agencies accountable — State Department, Veterans Affairs, DOJ, DOD, FBI. When those institutions fail, we don’t wait for explanations. We build the record, name what happened, and make sure it doesn’t disappear into the bureaucracy.
The Commitment
No veteran, whistleblower, or journalist should have to navigate the system alone. CFW helps coordinate legal aid, advocacy networks, and targeted resources to break through bureaucratic barriers and systemic abandonment. We won’t hand you a map. We walk with you.
How Covenant for Warriors goes to work for the abandoned.
Case Intake & Advocacy Assignment
CFW starts every case with a real review. No exceptions. We triage for urgency first — safety concerns and hard deadlines get escalated immediately. If we accept your case, you get a case number, a dedicated advocate, and a follow-up date. If we can’t take it, we tell you why and where to go next.
FOIA & Legal Documentation
We file FOIA requests to the government agencies involved, and when they stonewall or go silent, we don’t wait. CFW works with legal advisors matched to your case type so the right eyes are on your situation from the start. When the case demands it, we move fast to make sure it doesn’t disappear quietly.
Press & Public Campaigns
CFW doesn’t wait for the system to move. When the case calls for it, we go public — contacting media partners and advocacy organizations to amplify the fight. Follow your case in real time through our portal. Silence protects the system. We are the noise.
Congressional Pressure
CFW contacts congressional representatives and senators to get direct answers and have them put pressure on the agencies blocking progress. We keep the pressure on — sending emails and making calls to those who can help open channels. The public can join the fight through our dedicated page with ready-to-use templates, hashtags, and congressional contact information.
Family Advocacy
When a family member is stranded — overseas, lost in bureaucracy, or caught in a system that won’t answer — CFW can step in. We work directly with families to file FOIAs, navigate the process, and get them in front of the people with the authority to act. You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone.
Whistleblower & Contractor Support
If you exposed wrongdoing or served U.S. interests abroad and have been abandoned or face retaliation, CFW can help. We assist with FOIA requests, case documentation, congressional pressure, and connecting you with legal resources and advocacy networks. Your identity and safety are a priority — we work to make sure your case gets the attention it deserves without putting you further at risk.
The CFW Logo: No One Forgotten. Ever.
Our logo tells the story behind Covenant for Forgotten Warriors. An empty chair. A pair of worn boots left behind. And beyond it, an open door with light spilling through — the path home, left open for every warrior who has yet to find it.
The chair represents absence: the veterans who’ve been overlooked, the whistleblowers who faced retaliation, the families left waiting for answers, and the public servants who spoke up and paid the price. The boots stand faithful beside it, a quiet reminder of service and sacrifice that shouldn’t be forgotten. And the open doorway is our promise — that no matter how long someone has been waiting, the pathway remains open for all the communities we serve.
This is what Covenant for Forgotten Warriors stands for: veteran advocacy that doesn’t quit, casework that follows through, and a door that stays open until every warrior finds their way home. No One Forgotten. Ever.
Led by Guardian Cipher
“Every American who serves their country and their community deserves the full protection they were promised. When that fails, Covenant for Forgotten Warriors steps in. We don’t abandon our own.
— David Burger, Director & Guardian Cipher
